Fernando will work closely with SAI’s board and leadership team on Acadia market positioning and platform features to better serve global consumer product enterprises.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Palacios recently retired as Chief Integrated Supply Chain Officer for MillerCoors. There he led the procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, R&D and engineering teams to deliver $750M savings, reduce distributors out of stocks by 45%, and decrease the safety total incident rate by 75%.
Prior to joining MillerCoors, Palacios spent 11 years at Land O’Lakes as the EVP of Supply Chain and the EVP and COO of the Feed Division. He also served as Director of Food & Beverage Consulting for KPMG, Vice President of Operations for Haagen-Dazs, Director of Brand Operations and Contract Manufacturing for Pillsbury, and Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Business Unit Manager and Production Supervisor for Kraft General Foods.
