SAI Digital, the web and digital consulting practice at Systems Alliance, Inc., is pleased to announce that its client, William Peace University (WPU), has received the Grand Award in the mobile website category at the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District III Conference.
The Grand Award in the Electronic and Digital Media category; mobile website/application was presented to Ian C. Dunne, Director of Communications and Marketing at WPU.
“We’re extremely proud to take home this award, and it honestly could not have happened without the hard work and dedication from the team at SAI,” said Dunne.
Dr. Brian Ralph became President of Raleigh-based WPU in the summer of 2015 and quickly engaged SAI Digital with the website redesign project. Close collaboration between SAI Digital and WPU resulted in the completely reimagined Peace.edu, which launched in October 2016.
SAI Digital built the site from the ground up—rearchitecting, designing and developing a mobile-first, student-focused website. Built to engage and inform prospective students as the primary audience, the site makes use of extensive multimedia content and dynamic infographics. The new site has seen a spike in visitors, most notably reflected in the school’s largest admissions open house attendance to date.
“From the discovery phase to the launch, everything was data-driven and done with purpose. The team at SAI listened to what we needed and delivered in a big way. Winning an award like this is just a testament to the great work put in by the SAI Digital team and those of us here at WPU,” said Dunne.
CASE District III is comprised of more than 10,000 members from nine states in the Southeast, including North Carolina, where WPU is based. More than 1,000 nominations were submitted for the awards ceremony, which took place February 7, 2017 at the annual conference in Nashville, TN.
