SAI promoted Jeanne Ivy to Director of User Experience. Ivy will be responsible for working closely with clients to develop business-critical digital strategies, and to create effective and innovative user experiences.
Ivy was instrumental to client success in her previous role as Senior User Experience Architect and Designer. She brings with her 20 years of communications design experience, where she focused on strategic web services including research and analysis, information architecture, visual design and usability. Ivy has won awards for her work with such clients as Stevenson University, Baltimore Collegetown Network, Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, APLU, Flagler College and Donate Life Maryland. She is currently leading information architecture (IA) and design efforts for York College, Maryland Humanities Council, Claflin University and Anne Arundel County Government, and recently launched the new Howard Community College website. Ivy holds a master’s in Publications Design and a doctorate in Communications Design.
