Systems Alliance, Inc. (SAI), a software products and digital consulting firm that helps clients win in the marketplace through smart use of technology, today announced Safeware, Inc., an Early Adopter program participant on SAI’s Acadia™ Performance Platform, has moved into production following an initial pilot period. Headquartered in Lanham, Maryland, Safeware, Inc. was founded in 1979, as an independent safety equipment supplier and has since expanded to serve many markets including the industrial, government, military and response marketplace.
Acadia breaks new ground as a tool for delivering key policy and process information and just-in-time training to employees, anytime, anywhere, on any web-enabled device. Safeware implemented Acadia to replace the traditional documents and file share approach that most customers use to store policies, work procedures and training documents. Moving to Acadia provided a fast, mobile friendly way for Safeware to continuously improve work procedures and accelerate the performance of their business.
Supplying life-saving safety equipment to law enforcement and fire departments is critical and SAI is privileged to support that effort. “We are excited to be partnering with SAI and utilizing Acadia for our training and procedure documents," expressed Charles Radcliffe, Vice President at Safeware. “The flexibility to add multimedia as well as having access to all our documents via the web was a key selling point. We look forward to expanding our internal training documents because of the implementation of Acadia.”
