Today Systems Alliance, Inc. (SAI) – a software products and digital consulting firm that helps clients win in the marketplace through smart use of technology – announced the launch of its Marketplace Channel program for the Acadia™ Performance Platform – the latest innovation in the company’s product portfolio. Acadia breaks new ground as a tool for delivering key policy and process information and just-in-time training to employees, anytime, anywhere, on any web-enabled device. At the same time, Acadia incorporates a simple but powerful management tool that allows for continual performance monitoring and improvement.
Marketplace Channel provides an opportunity for enterprise consulting firms to build continuous performance improvement offerings enabled by Acadia for their clients. Continuous improvement of business and organizational performance has long been a major focus of the global consulting community. With Acadia, reengineering and promoting the most effective way to deliver business processes has become exponentially easier as organizations use immediate feedback from their team members to adjust and improve workforce effectiveness.
The Marketplace Channel program includes two options for supporting Acadia customers as they seek to improve and accelerate business results. The Enterprise Consulting program (“ECP”) provides an opportunity for market leading consultancies to deliver strategy, business process improvement and technology enablement services aligned with Acadia Performance Platform integration across global enterprises.
The Market Channel Advisor (“MCA”) program positions strategic business advisors with deep skills and competence in specific industry verticals and business processes to identify prospective clients with business challenges that align well with Acadia capabilities. MCA partner experience and competence accelerate Acadia client benefits and results.
Ric Hughes, SAI CEO indicated that “The Acadia Marketplace Channel program will help us scale our ability to respond to what has become a very significant level of interest in Acadia as the product was launched this summer. Aligning with high value partners in the marketplace ensures that our clients will enjoy the same high quality experience that our clients associate with the SAI brand."
Following a round of customer feedback during its Early Adopter Program, Acadia is now available as a Software as a Service (SaaS) application. Like its Early Adopters, Acadia’s new customers can get a jump on their competition by immediately taking advantage of the product’s many benefits, which include improved employee performance, training assistance, increased productivity and safety and compliance assurance. Given Acadia’s flexibility and functionality, broad demand for the product across a wide variety of industry verticals is anticipated, but to date SAI’s focus has been on the Retail and Health Care sectors – the mainstays of the company’s existing workforce performance client base.
