SAI, a Digital and IT consulting firm helping clients build, assess and optimize online properties and IT operations, today announced that former PwC and IBM senior executive, Oz Fretz, has joined the company as a member of its Advisory Board.

Oz’s experience in every area of building and operating large consulting organizations will help us build and grow world class consulting capabilities at SAI. Oz began his career as a consultant at Price Waterhouse after serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was admitted as a partner at PW in 1985 and was instrumental in the development and growth of PW’s SAP practice, leading implementations for global clients including Westinghouse, W.R. Grace and Pratt & Whitney. During PW’s merger with Coopers & Lybrand, Oz was appointed to lead the combined consulting organization of 6,000 staff in the East Business Unit at PwC, generating more than $1b annually in consulting revenue for PwC.
Following the acquisition of PwC’s consulting business by IBM in 2002, Oz led the business development organization for IBM’s Global Business Services group and served as the Global Relationship Partner responsible for the firm’s relationship with the Coca-Cola Company.
In 2008, Oz launched Oz Consulting Enterprises serving corporate clients in the US, including Randstad NV where he has provided process improvement, business strategy and sales strategy consulting to four different entities in the Randstad portfolio of companies and has served as President of B2B Workforce, a Randstad staffing company focused on consulting and ERP projects.

Mr. Fretz serves on the board of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, one of the country's most respected and effective charities and on the board of Image API, a technology solutions company specializing in Electronic Document Management and Lyceum Business Services, a payroll processing and benefits administration company.
Mr. Fretz earned a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and is a member of the American Mensa Society.
