Hunt Valley based SAI announced a round of eleven new hires in recent weeks as a result of significant growth in all three areas of SAI’s business and expects already rapid growth to accelerate further over the next two quarters.
"The launch of our new Acadia Performance Platform SaaS product and very significant growth in our Digital consulting practice have accelerated our plans to grow our workforce in Baltimore County. We expect the pace of growth to accelerate as we continue to onboard significant numbers of new Acadia customers as we wrap up our Early Adopter program” said Ric Hughes, CEO at SAI.
Additions to the Business Development team include Colin Clotworthy and Paul Garnher joining the sales team and Lindsay Ayers in a newly created Marketing Analyst role. Three additional SDR positions have been created and SAI is continuing to interview candidates for those roles.
SAI’s Product Engineering team is also growing rapidly with new hires focused on the core product engineering work, UI/UX, design and the newly created Customer Success team.
Kathleen Logsdon recently joined SAI to lead the Customer Success team, coordinating customer trial and onboarding activities for SAI’s new Acadia product along with training and success activities for SAI’s SiteExecutive customer portfolio. Kathy joins SAI after several years at Baltimore based Connections Education. Other recent additions to the Customer Success team include Drew Bolling and Adam Schin in new Support Engineer roles.
Ryan Woodring joins the Engineering team as a UI/UX engineer, adding capacity to a growing UI/UX team. SAI’s Summer internship program is in full bloom as two of SAI’s 2015 interns, Olabimpe Ogunmoyero and Jeremy Skarda are returning to SAI as permanent members of the Automated Testing team while SAI is onboarding current participants in the 2016 internship program.
SAI’s expanding portfolio of Higher Ed, Association, Government and Non-profit digital projects has resulted in new roles for User Experience Architect Timothy Quinlan, UX Designer Lindsey Gemmill and Web Developer Thomas Stromberg.
In parallel with these additions, Mark Stirling was named to lead SAI’s IT Strategy and Consulting practice.
Hughes indicated “This is clearly a time of tremendous growth for SAI. Our long history of client service, reputation for world class product and digital design, and careful financial management has created a wonderful environment for our team members to grow and prosper.”
