Hunt Valley, MD – 09/19/2022 – SAI, a Baltimore-based software and consulting firm, today announced that global IT executive and financial services technology expert, Dan Greller has joined the company as a member of its advisory board. Greller will work closely with SAI’s board and leadership team as they accelerate expansion of SAI’s Acadia platform into the retail banking and manufacturing sectors.
“Acadia continues to evolve in response to the needs of our global enterprise clients and the rapidly changing economic environment in which they operate. Dan’s success leading global IT teams and as an enterprise technology strategist will strengthen and accelerate our ability to explore and integrate new technologies to support our clients,” said Ric Hughes, CEO at SAI.
Greller serves as managing director and chief information officer of Artisan Partners, an independent investment management firm. Prior to joining Artisan, he was president at Bluesafe Consulting, an independent consultancy advising clients on technology strategy.
Greller has over 35 years of industry experience. His background includes roles as CTO and Co-CIO for Legg Mason, Head of infrastructure for Ann Taylor Stores, Head of NY IT Operations for JP Morgan and programmer for trading systems at CS First Boston.
“Acadia already delivers critical work instructions to thousands of employees operating at the frontlines of many different industries. Through the incorporation of new technologies – AI, XR, AR, and VR – Acadia may, one day, deliver those work instructions hands-free. It might help make documenting new work instructions faster and more seamless. And it may help identify best practices across multiple locations operating within the same enterprise. I’m excited to support SAI in making those possibilities a reality,” said Greller.
