Advisory Board Member
Mike recently retired as a senior executive from Pepco Holdings (now part of Exelon) in Washington DC. There, he was responsible for operations, maintenance, construction, engineering and customer service for Pepco’s three electric and gas utilities.
Since then, Mike has been working as an independent management consultant for the utility industry. As a thought leader in Smart Grid technology and having overseen hundreds of technology deployments throughout his career, he is in a unique position to provide opportunity assessments that enhance both Power Grid efficiency and the workforce that support these systems.
Mike serves on several other boards including: The Better Business Bureau, the Electrical Engineering and Energy Technology Advisory Board at Penn State University Harrisburg, and the Utility Customer Research Council.
He earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Penn State University and an MBA from Marymount University.
