Tom Shipley is responsible for SAI's IT Staffing and Recruiting and Managed Services business units. He is also active in providing CIO Advisory services to the firm's Financial Services clients. Prior to joining SAI, Tom served in CIO and IT Executive leadership positions at asset manager Legg Mason and at Broker/Dealers Ferris, Baker, Watts and Alex. Brown & Sons in Baltimore. Tom has accumulated significant experience in the leadership of Financial Services industry IT organizations during his more than 25 year career in the IT field.
Tom received his B.S. in Information Systems from University of Maryland University College.
