Wanting to optimize in-store sales, a global consumer packaged goods company realized it needed a more efficient and effective process for creating customized displays for its retail partners. Solution: To meet the needs of its retailers, boost sales and reduce display-related costs, the global consumer packaged goods company turned to Systems Alliance for the development of a Web-based display-configuration application. Working with the company’s display advertising group, Systems Alliance developed and hosts an application which lets the company’s account executives design displays with and for individual merchants, while visiting their stores. By developing displays collaboratively with store personnel, our client creates stronger relationships with its retail partners and does a better job of accommodating each store’s specific merchandising issues. The on-site process also minimizes design errors, reducing the time and cost associated with packaging and setting up displays.
