|
Our Client: Growing, $2.7 billion health care enterprise with more than 22,000 employees, encompassing multiple in- and out-patient facilities and medical school.
Challenge: Our client and its affiliates operate over 1,000 distinct Web properties, including some of the most popular healthcare sites on the Web. The sheer number and scope of sites imposed a significant challenge for our client's IT and marketing organizations. Concerned about security, administrative complexity and brand erosion, our client sought a Web content management solution that would centralize administration and security, enforce brand attributes, and empower non-technical users with the ability to easily create and publish Web content.
Solution: After thorough evaluation of leading products, our client selected SiteExecutiveâ„¢ as its Web content management system and hired Systems Alliance to implement the software. Working closely with client IT staff, Systems Alliance developed a phased implementation, coordinating the redeployment of all client Web properties onto SiteExecutive.
Today, SiteExecutive runs on 13 servers, providing our client with the availability and performance required to support its highly trafficked sites. Using SiteExecutive, over 1,000 clinicians, researchers and marketers create and publish content without the assistance of IT, ensuring the timely availability of the institution's research, health alerts and news, so prized by healthcare consumers and professionals worldwide. | | | | | | | | Client Type: Top 10 Healthcare Institution | | | Services Delivered: | | - | Web Content Management Integration | | - | Web Design and Development | | - | Training and Support | | |
