Inside Sales Coordinator

Systems Alliance is currently seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to work with our Business Development team to identify leads among current customers and new prospects. You will work with a team of experienced professionals on a variety of different tasks, including:

  • Participating in outbound telemarketing campaigns to identify prospective customers for our product and solution set offerings.
  • Interacting with customers to confirm requirements
  • Working with SAI field sales and technical resources to define and present  solutions to customers
  • Updating and tracking sales information in our CRM application
  • Working with our Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns

Successful candidates will have at least one year of experience prospecting and developing sales leads in conjunction with marketing campaign activity. One year of experience in the development of hardware and software configurations and quotes is preferred.

Strong customer service, analytical and technical skills are essential. Experience with the development of new business, via outbound telemarketing campaigns is also preferred. Prior sales training would also be helpful.
